Anlo Kingdom is one of the oldest Kingdom among the three Kingdoms in Ghana, namely Anlo, Asante Kingdom and Dagbon Kingdom. Anlo State is currently having the 16th Awoamefia since Torgbui Wenya enstooled the Kponoe as the First Awoamefia of Anlo State. Kponoe is from the Adzovia Clan and Togbui Wenya from the Loafe Clan.
